Need some help, game won't start

Hey there, how are you? I tried to start the game right after it downloaded, but for some reason it'll close as soon as it opens. No error messages, nothing. Just the game closing. What's happening?

EDIT: Guys, the problem probably is something related to processors that can run or not AVX instruction. The main file of the game is encrypted in a way that only processors with this function will be able to decrypt and run.

So, I guess that we'll really need to wait for a patch.

I was able to fix the issue on my wifes PC. It seems like the problem was related to a display setting.
In the Nvidia control panel I enabled the 2nd screen, saved it and disabled the 2nd screen again. Now the game is just working fine. I guess the game was trying to run on the 2nd screen which was disabled.

This is very strange
why can't i play it on pc
but if on a laptop I can play it without problems

Open Nvidia Control Panel -> Display -> Set multiple displays
Here only one of two displays were selected. After activating the 2nd display the game was running. Afterwards i disabled the 2nd display again.

You should also be able to do this directly in the windows settings.
Click on Start -> search for "Display Settings" -> scroll down to "multiple displays"

They do. They confirmed (here and on discord) that they are looking into it. Also they shared a support mail and asked for some dump files to analyze the issues.
But yeah, so far there isn't any solution yet.

i tried everything on internet, still not responding and my other games are fine

Mine keeps saying this when I try to start the game. "the invocation of the constructor on type ichigo launcher.mainwindow that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception" I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as launching directly and in administrative mode. I have Windows 10 and all proper specs too. Seems like something on their end.
