Can not be install in mac

In mac i can not be intall painter.I can install in my PC
It is allways show me install succeed but in my folder there is nothing.

I have the same problem. Steam on my Mac downloads Substance Painter instantly, but I can't launch it because folder is empty.

Yes it is looks like there is nothing in steam server.Because I download the trial version at allegorithmic homepage it can be installed.
And my substance designer is nothing problem.

There seems to be an issue on Steam's side, maybe depending on the location from where you are downloading, we are looking into it.

Right at this very moment I am offered a 1.3gb update. But the download speed is terrible. 50-80kb/s out of the 40+mb/s (!) I usually get. :)

Finger's crossed that things will work out now.
