Do you guys think that instead of Emily or Evelyn weren't actually cheating on you, but actually Steve or Jeff manipulated Evelyn or Emily to break up with us?

Could be but on my ending, evelyn conviced emily that was i being manipulative with her. I don't think Emily cheated with Jeff but he could have said something. I still think that Em got "manipulated" by Evelyn if that's the word ..

What actually happened is that i talked to Jeff through Matt acount. Then talked to Em about that. Sadly, the game "forced" me to give em a dilemna where she had to choose between me and Jeff. I wouldn't even try to do that IRL but game had no other choices.
Then next chapter em came back and said that she talked a lot with eve about us. From there she argued that I was being manipulative with her, that she lost a good friend because of me and i was like eve ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bf.. Finished like that

Yeah... was actually pretty harsh to finish like that. Only thing bothering me is that i just wanted to talk calmly about Jeff to Em and say that it was bothering me a bit. Just finish the conversation on that, not on a stupid dilemna, nvm haha

man, i got the same one but with eva instead of emily. makes me feel like i was being manipulative when really the game forces you to be either 'manipulative' or apologize for something that's not completely your fault. wish we could have a real convo where we both listen to each other instead of putting words in eachothers mouths and yell at each other. guess not everything can be perfect :/

damn... and i thought the girl you date doesn't cheat, that they were truly just friends.
so glad i made emily unfriend jeff during my first playthrough. i genuinely thought they're just friends after that emily confrontation

so evelyn would have cheated if i didn't mention it? i feel like evelyn is an actual manipulator. i made a discussion post about it because i have a lot of thoughts on this. but this just adds onto my theory
