No combat music
Is there supposed to be music playing while in combat or roaming around on feet? Cause it feels awkward and I know saints row 4 has music while in combat and roaming around. Is there a fix to this?

No...Nope....Zero....Zilch....Nada.
Never in 3. Only during main Missions, certain Activities, Cutscenes, and vehicle radios.
