Can't buy Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack

first i added the bundle to cart but when i wanted to checkout, bundle was removed from cart.
now i try to buy it again but the bundle is nowhere to be found. i tried to search bundle name on steam, but when i click on it, brings me back to main steam store page.
