Anyone managed to fix the horrible microstutter?
Its unplayable and I would really love to play this remaster...

Think it depends on your system, but also I've read some people say that reinstalling helps. On my old PC with an i5 6400 2.7 Ghz (3.2 Turbo), RTX 2060 Super, and 16 GB 1600 Mhz RAM, on a 3 TB HDD (Windows OS installed on HDD) I got 60 FPS but microstutter. On my new PC, i5 10400F 2.9 Ghz (4.3 Turbo), RTX 3060 Ti, 1 TB SSD NVMe M.2, and 2 TB HDD (game is installed on HDD but OS is on SSD), I cap it at 90 FPS, and the new recent patch unlocked cutscenes to 60 FPS. No micro stutter anymore. Perhaps patch fixed it or having your OS on SSD helps.

Nov 24 2021 patch unlocked 60 fps cutscenes.

Yeah, and that's a FIRST too. The original didn't have 60 FPS cutscenes, they were all capped to 30.

Before the patch Remastered ran them at 24 FPS.

I wish we could get patch notes. We never got those.
