""Wife Beater" tank top has been removed from the 'Nobody Loves Me' store.
Magazine cover featuring Shaundi has blurred breasts.
Marquee girl for 'Tits and Grits' restaurant no longer has one of her nipples slipping out of her cleavage."
Also Charlie Chapman mustache
I have since revised my post. I was mistaken concerning the "Wife Beater" tank top removed from Nobody Loves Me. It's in the Nobody Loves Me store as Wife Beater Tease. I got this information from a post a year ago regarding the Epic release and no one challenged or even replied to the misinformation. I myself, was confused since I have modded my original Saints Row: The Third and I do have the Wife Beater Tease in mine. To be fair, it does have the logo for Saints Row: The Third on it.
Shaundi magazine cover was always pixelated, just now it is more noticeable since the game is now in high definition. Saints Row: The Third always pixelates any actual nudity. If you ever see anyone's Boss running around naked and not censored by pixelation, it's a mod.
The only thing that still applies is the marquee girl for the Tits and Grits restaurant. The change is so subtle and insignificant that it should not be used to justify not getting the remaster.
I never posted about that. However, I'm looking into it right now. In the original game it is called 'Toothbrush'. In the remaster 'Toothbrush' is there, but the ends are extended to make the mustache longer.
If they were removing entire missions or removing / censoring entire blocks of dialogue or changing characters around to be more PC that would be one thing, but literally removing a tank top that nobody wore anyway, and removing a nipple/s then getting bent about it seems so petty to me.
It wasn't a single nipple. It was less than half a nipple.
They didn't even remove the tank top. Someone got Saints Row IV confused with Saints Row: The Third. I actually do like that 'Wife Beater Tease' tank top though and sometimes wear it on my Boss. What probably confused the person is because while it is in Saints Row IV, the top has the logo for The Third.
