There is a guy to kill in the medina area.
He is a pimp of the morning star, I have to kill his ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and provoke the morning star but in my game there is no more morning star in the game.
Is there a solution to make this kill or did I fall again on devs who think with their ass?

You should be able to find members of all three gangs rarealy roaming streets, depending on the district you're in. Provoking them will most likely result in gang heat subsiding before new members arrive if you upgraded it.

Another way is just wait for survival calls. Sooner or later you'll get call for this gang.

I have 100% control over the entire neighborhood of Morning Star and I have been walking around the neighborhood for over an hour without ever seeing a gang member and without receiving any calls.

If the kill mission is not activated I will get calls, and have to fight with the gang, but when I reactivate the kill mission the gang search almost totally disappears and I can't get the guy I have to kill out.

This mission doesn't work, in this video I show that the morning star is angry and I kill, provoke, hit ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but the guy doesn't come out.

What is the cheat code to get this steam achievment?

Killing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ without having the gang after me is the first thing I did, it doesn't work.

I just killed about fifty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the Espina neighborhood, it doesn't work, the morning star doesn't come and the guy I have to kill doesn't come.

Without me leaving the activity, the target spawned shortly after, near the bridge to the west of the first crossroads.
