It's honestly all over the place from what I read. Some people says it works perfectly fine. Other says that it runs like a crippled dog.

You can always try it out and refund if it runs like garbage on your machine. 2 hours is more than enough to test that out with this game.

I was concerned after reading so much complains. Plus, I recently replayed SR4 and was so unstable, requiring some voodoo to make it less crashy.

But, surprisingly, SR3r is running pretty smooth here, with everything maxed. With exception of visual stuff, like motion blur and depth of field. I also turn off the ingame v-sync, to use the Nvidia CP v-sync, as set the limit to 62.

No crashes, smooth 60 fps. Didn't felt these micro-stuttering that people is talking about.

Just hope, I didn't jynxed it! XD

what are your specs?
i7-4770 3.40GHz. 32 DDR3 RAM, Win10 64bits, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, SSD.

Bear in mind, that even if someone have the same system, it might work differently. I have games that run poorly here, that people claim run well in an inferior system, or a better spec that run poorly.

PC gamming is a complex being, with a lot of variables. XD
Just like we, and our differences and resistances.

Darn
I have an RTX 2060 and an i7 processor on my laptop.
You know, I've played through this remaster on Series X without any issues. The game is an amazing experience on console. On PC, game play is FINE, cutscenes are where the FPS drops. Stable 60+ running around blowing ♥♥♥♥ up which tanks to 20-30 as soon as a cutscene launces.

It absolutely blows my mind that this game has been out over a year? The publisher has acknowledged that there's an issue, yet refuses to actually fix. This is just another case of publishers ignoring the PC community while catering to consoles because hey, eventually we'll just fix it ourselves, right?

Whatever, I only paid $15 for it. Maybe someone over there will eventually release a patch.

No probs at all , in my game. I did have to find a tweek to get my vehicle sounds to work but, other than that it's been a smooth ride.

@Proxidist In your video card control panel ( mine is the NVIDIA control Panel) set Low Latency Mode to On or Ultra under Program Settings and limit the FPS in your game to 60

This did not fix it for me. Still stuttering.

Game works perfectly fine for me, even better than expected on the highest settings.
Had the problem with the cutscenes and car sounds like everyone else, but fixed it (there are some fixes in the guide section). I did the same thing like Betelman.

Horrible.

I also have a 2060 laptop and the game runs smoothly locked at 60. I did have the issues with vehicle sounds and low fps cut-scenes but the "Low Latency Mode" tweak solved those.
