I don't understand

Seems really weird to sell the chinese language version of Lovecraft's Untold Stories separetely from the english one at lower price, instead of patching the original game with a chinese language option. Why choose to do that ? Did the game was changed in any way besides language ?

да было бы неплохо получить перевод хотя бы на английский - про русский который на удивление в игре временами есть я вообще молчу.
