Save game disappeared

I know there have been recent Save Manager changes, but I haven't investigated/played with that. This morning when I logged in my save had reverted to a brand new game. I had a year of progress across the main, dinosaurs and planets, and unlocked all the additional buildings/attractions. Please help!!

Open the Save Manager in the options menu and scroll down to Local Backups. Click on View and choose the save with the longest total playtime.

There is nothing in the local backups :(

this just happened to me, everything was running smooth then I opened the Dinosaurs and they where reset to level one, I then clicked on the primary simulation to go back and it was then also reset to level one, I tried loading old saves on my PC but they wont load and I think its due to the saves being of an older version. Regardless they wont load. I have the game on my phone so I was able to open the latest save from there and thankfully (It matches the older version) I hadn't been playing but a few minutes when the shut down happened on my PC so no progress was lost but I still cant load it on my computer.

Save your game from your phone to the cloud using the Crossplatform Saves in the Save Manager under the options menu. Then you can download that save from the cloud to your PC.

I lost my whole game today, again. I was able to upload a auto save from yesterday. This is happening more and more. Lunch, can we get an auto-save feature that saves like every 30 seconds or even 1 minute? When it restarted the whole game, it then automatically saved over my cloud save. I am using the save manager, but it's all manual save and I only play on my pc.
