Careful message

I recently opened the game after being off it for a week and now I have this message saying "Careful.... If you close this window, it will refresh and you might lose your place. You sure you want to close it?" Two buttons, one says "Never mind" the other "Yep!" And text under that says "Don't ask again". This whole thing is not clickable, movable, and it darkens the screen. How do I remove this warning?

I had this same issue, on the mount and blade Warbanner 2, the fix I found was verifying my files on steam and then restarting my computer.

Looks like a Discord thing.
I solved it by exiting discord and reopening

I know this post is old, but if anyone else is having this issue try disabling Discord's game overlay via Activity Settings > Game Overlay then just turn it all off. It's annoying and unnecessary imo anyway
