Update not working???

Game says update required for the event but according to steam all is updated.

Also game provides a button that says "Get" but when I click nothing happens :/

I had the same issue. Another discussion recommended completely closing out of Steam and reloading it, but they said sometimes that wouldn't work. Another user said to check the Properties > Betas and change to opt in to the Public Beta. This worked for me as it downloaded the update and let me right into the event.

Sorry you're having issues. The event is NOT in the Beta branch of the game. If you're running our beta, please switch over to the release branch if you want to participate in the event.

If you're NOT playing on the beta and still having issues, please "verify files" on Steam by right-clicking on the game in your Library and selecting "Manage" --> "Local Files" ---> Verify Files.

Still no event for me. I've restarted steam, verified files, opted in to beta, opted out of beta, restarted the game many times
