Can't transfer data from android to steam version

I discover that this game was on steam a few days ago. I created an account and transfered my save data and everything worked as intended. I switched between versions uploading and downloading my data every time from both devices. At some point, when I downloaded my save data on steam it appeared as a new gameplay, like starting from zero. On android my save is fine but uploading and downloading it on steam does nothing.
Any workaround or at least an idea of what could be the problem?

I tryed to transfer the save to a different android phone (not using google play games) and it worked just fine, so it is related to the steam version.
Don't know what to do, I can play on my phone, but pc right now is more convenient to me.
If someone know a workaround to have my save on steam just let me know. Thanks

Sorry about these issues guys. First make sure that you have the latest version on android and Steam, after that please try uploading your game to the cloud again (you can also try making another account) and please let me know if you were able to transfer your game correctly.

Hi, thanks, but sadly the same thing happens. I can upload and download with any account and play that save on multiple android devices, but the steam version for some reason doesn't know what to do when i download the save and starts a new one instead (with no achievements or any progress at all).
Something I realised is that the play time is 2818928:03:00:28 I don't know if its ok, but it looks corrupted to me. Maybe the android version can handle this but the steam version can not?

I have the same problem. When I started the game here on Steam, I could save it and upload to my phone and vice versa. Now it doesn't load on Steam, and I noticed this weird looking play time as well, which wasn't there before.

I write this just so the post doesn't die. Also tried everithing all over again but in the steam beta, and the same problem again. Is this going to be fixed in any way?, because I would love to play on pc but I have a lot of progress and starting all over its just not an option.
Please fix as soon as posible.
