New update is physically impossible to complete

I'm sitting pretty with 2.39e12 metabits. This gives me a HUGE productivity boost. I currently have 104 Feliforms, giving me 5.91E41 energy/second. To get to 204 Feliforms will take 5.68E51 energy. I did the math - I'll have to leave the game open for over 300 years to get to 204 Feliforms. And because of how it scales, even longer to get to 250. My math may be off on this, but I'm pretty sure that's longer than a human can live.

"But can't you get more metabits to make it go faster?"

Ideally, yes. However, with the newly reduced metabit rate, I'm currently gaining about 34,000 metabits a second. In order to double my metabits, and reduce the time required from 300 years to 150, it will take over 2 years. That is ...longer than is reasonable to bring the duration down to something that is still not human-completable.

You messed up your math on this upgrade. Please fix it.

This was intentional on our part. There will be another update to the mammals where this will be fixed in.

Yeah, I'm only on monotremes, but getting to feliforms is going to take roughly 222 months.

Also note that your current production is not a good measure on the later things, there are many avenues to increase your production such as cumulative metabits earned, dino simulation ranks, and ascension tree upgrades. You also get quite sizable production boosts when you get some more of the monotreme upgrades and feliform upgrades.

Is there any plan on officially launching the game? It will attract much more new player if steam achievement is live (right now you can get the achievement but you cannot display nor the achievement count toward your profile)

I am fully upgraded on everything, and at 50/10 on dinos. Believe me, if I wasn't in endgame status, I wouldn't have started a thread about it.
