Report a translation problem
If you're playing the game full screen alt+tab/minimise it, then right click the speaker icon in the task bar (bottom right) Choose "Open Volume Mixer" then scroll (if needed) to the games volume panel and mute it there.
That will compleatly turn off ALL the game sounds.
(Personally though, I use Ear Trumpet from the windows store (it's free \o/ ) it's allot less fiddley and you don't have to keep opening panel after panel just to get to your volume controls for different programs :P )
