Connecting to Transport Service

So I was playing H3: ODST on heroic and then I felt like playing some firefight. When I clicked on social matchmaking, I was met with a popup that said "connecting to transport service, please wait".

I didn't think anything of it and tried booting up my Xbox to play multiplayer. Same thing happened. Then I looked up the error and found old steam discussions from a few years ago that said Windows 7 was somehow related to the problem. I kept looking and then saw the same message being found by steam deck players.

I've browsed tons of steam discussions and Reddit forms and found no solution or anyone else who has had this error on both console and PC. I've tried every solution from what I've read and none have worked. So if anyone could responds with any information that would be incredibly helpful. As it stands right now, it looks like it just cannot play matchmaking.

I am having the exact same problem as of today. I wonder if it's a server thing and not an us thing. Been trying to fix this for the last 3 hours after reading countless tutorials...
