Can't log into my Microsoft account

It's been a few days since I've been able to play MCC, I already have 29 hours play time on the game. A few days ago when ever I launch MCC the game would ask for my password for my Microsoft account which it never asks for except for the first time when launching the game. But for the first time since I entered my e-mail and password (at least 29 hours of play time), it tells me the account has been blocked or something due to too many attempts in trying to logging into the account. So I attempted to reset my password but it has been a week and any attempt I try they always tell me I didn't give them enough information. Trying to log in with another microsoft account in MCC also won't work because that also requires the password for the already microsoft account linked to the game, so it's a never ending cycle. So before I try directly contacting steam and microsoft anyone have had this issue before and have resolved it?

Nope I have error where It say error failed to connect to xbox live service and will not allow me to play game. As you said started randomly.

Below is the response I got from HALO SUPPORT

Thank you for letting us know that upon launching Halo The Master Chief Collection, you are unable to sign in with a new account as you get stuck on a Sign in loop.

We have some steps for you to attempt which requires to delete the XBL device key from your Windows credentials that may help with this. Keep in mind that upon doing this you may be signed out of some of the Xbox network sign-ins on your PC.

If you still agree on performing these steps, please attempt the following:

Open the Control Panel, find and select User Accounts
Select Manage Windows credentials and then Windows Credentials
On the Generic Credentials list below, search for the entry that is named as Xbl Device key and click on remove

Proceed with launching Halo: The Master Chief Collection and login to the desired account

That didn't work for me. I did find a solution on a Microsoft page that worked for me anyhow.

Go to properties of MCC on the steam library. To get to It, locate the game and right-click and select properties. 
click the DLC tab
Unclick "Halo: Reach," wait a few minutes, re-click it, you will get a 5GB update
Restart your computer
Then verify if it works
