yes exchange is bad...
i have like 260 points or so and there is a few items i haven't unlocked yet
they NEVER come up
there is brobably people with 1000 points that haven't unlocked everything simply because stuff never shows up on the exchange

do the "featured items" ever change or cycle? Ive seen the same unlocks for i dunno how long now

Keystone helmet was a Reward for playing the Infinite Beta or something related to the release of it.
343 said its never coming back so it's a very rare piece of gear

Well they did abandoned the game so i don't think it could happen :(
Halo Reach had no additional add ons like all the other games, even halo 4 had more content added hahaha what a shame </3
