Cannot change loadouts in Halo: Reach

When I press the L button to change my loadout, nothing happens. I tried rebinding the key but it still will not work. I also reinstalled MCC and same issue.

You have to be on the spawn timer upon death to open the loadout. The same applies to H2A and H4/Spartan Ops.

Yes, I know. I will be waiting to respawn and I cannot change my loadout, no matter what game mode it is.

I am glad others have this problem. I've been having it for over a year. Found nothing yet.

I am unfortunately also having the same issues on my end:( It seems like it's just a gimmick of the game until a patch is released. I will be reporting this as a bug affecting the game though, since it only seems to be doing this in Reach and not the other games. At least on my end.

I seemed to have fixed it after resetting my keyboard bindings. Idk why they broke but after resetting and rebinding it has not happened since.
