Contacting server to get latest matchmaking data

Game stuck at "Contacting server to get latest matchmaking data" and i can't see my mcc level, shop, servers ain't loading up etc. mcc appears to be at offline mode or something like that. Tried deleting xbl data, logging out from xbox app, site, game bar. Verified game files, reinstalled the game and windows, yet nothing helped. Also whenever I'm trying to log out in game it crashes every time but after i restart the game it asks me to log in again so technically I tried logging out from the game too.
