I fixed it.
Turns out Easy Anti Cheat was in conflict with my x360ce gamepad emulator. Even if you ran the game with EAC turned off, it still caused the game to crash. Looks like " UE4 MCC fatal error" is a place holder name for every bug that causes a game to crash...
After one of the crashes a new pop-up window came out, saying that Easy Anti cheat finds xbcdr.dll ( x360ce rumble driver) in system32 folder to be a threat problem. So I just deleted all x360ce files from my game folder so it doesn't trigger EAC and it worked like a charm ( I didn't need to remove the one from the sys32 folder )
yeah, as I said the " UE4-MCC fatal error" is the same generic message for any sort of crash in MCC. Can be 50 different things as a solution to a problem :s .
