No. It's a collection of Microsoft games designed for Microsoft consoles that uses Microsoft's servers for matchmaking, and when it was ported they focused on Microsoft PCs. Unless you're going to go solo play a cracked copy, your best bet is to buy an old XBox and the games from a pawnshop and play in offline mode.
