What is ACE-BASE ?

Tried to start the game but got this message--- please close ACE-BASE before start the game after the HALO logo, only option given was to exit the game. Thank you

It’s anti cheat expert. You need to shut it down before you load the game

Press Win + E to open File Explorer.
Make sure hidden files are visible.
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers.
Locate the file named ACE.BASE.sys.
Right-click on the file and select Rename.
Change the file name to ACE.BASE.sys.old.
Press Enter and confirm any prompts.
Restart your computer.
