3 of us weren't able to join a party, but could "Get online" and see each other.

It's possible the steam family sharing beta is causing the screen freeze when closing it. If you have that on, it's been causing some problems in games recently.

I ran into this too. Something I noticed though: if, when launching MCC, you select "Play Halo: MCC Anti-Cheat Disabled (Mods and Limited Services)", it should allow you to log in, at least for the purposes of playing SP campaigns. At least, that worked for me. :)

What's the best way to play this game coop with someone? The game sometimes work, but I always end up with random crashes and when other people try to join they get input delay.

Me and my friend literally cant play coop, we completed reach, ce, 2 and when we started 3, it was unplayable, giant ping, pop ups saying that connection lost to a server and all of that, we cant continue our playtrough, will you ever fix this?
