Guest account PC

Done some googling, and posts are a fair bit old, so wondering, is it possible to "guest account" on steam version of MCC? I am looking at doing the co-op mission challenges, however due to the wifi in the barracks being rather spotty at best, I don't want to hassle people with connection dropping out every now and then so was hoping I could plug in my elite controller (that will be here in a few days) and sit it on the table whilst I use KBM like you would with the original Xbox live guest 'Name [1]' accounts. thereby enabling me to solo co-op.

Sometime down the road. No time has been given and it seems to be on the backpart of their lists.

You could give this a try. Keep in mind that running MCC with Easy Anti-Cheat off will not allow you to gain achievements, I think.

I remember back in the day with certain games you could create a copy of the .exe and rename it to get it to run two instances of the game, then LAN with yourself.

However, I was never able to get it so that I could control both instances of the game simultaneously. Maybe if you're a sick hacker you could get this method working though.

Anything that uses two mice plugged into the same machine is awesome.
