Buying Spartan Points
If it meant MCC would get continued support, would you be willing to allow purchasable Spartan Points?

For me I would say yes, because the progression system and challenges are already good, so buying them is entirely optional. It's not a case like the Infinite shop where NOTHING can be unlocked through normal progression.

No, because we aren't going to get new gamemodes just new armor pieces.

They wanted to add microtransactions and we got mad and said no hard enough they actually listened.
And if you think them selling MTX would get us actual new content and not just more ugly art style ruining cosmetics, you're sadly delusional. MTX encourage more MTX.

I dont care about optional cosmetic BS, I just want the game to get continued support patches to keep it alive instead of being on life support from solely the community.

MCC literally gives you the option to turn off those art style ruining cosmetics, so what does it matter?

We dont really need new gamemodes, just continued stability patches and whatnot.

Nobody likes TU anyway because of DMR and BR starts breaking the balancing of Halo 3 and Reach, so would you really want them adding new modes like that to begin with?

What support patches are going to keep the game alive? A few bug fixes aren't going to bring people back, it's too late.
As for the cosmetics, it does matter because they could have and should have made GOOD cosmetics that fit Halo's art style instead of F2P mobile game trash cosmetics.
MTX never go well for a game's community, it's just a way for bad devs to make money off stupid people.

lol i knew Microsoft was calling when I saw the cosmetic-only mtx get proposed. The communiteh threw such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that Microsoft decided MCC support wasn't worth it.

Meanwhile, Age of Empires 3 DE continues to get content updates and support in exchange for some cosmetics.
