Halo 2 Levels not loading

For some reason the campaign levels for Halo 2 aren't loading. They were loading and running fine yesterday and this morning, but now they won't load. When I try to load a level it just stays on the loading screen. This started after I completed The Arbiter and started loading The Oracle and it just stayed on the loading screen.

Verify the games files, and update windows

That's probably not going to be possible. The last time I tried verifying MCC's game files it didn't do anything and was stuck and verifying 0 out of 2 files. And as for updating to windows 10, my can update to windows 10, but from what I've read, it wouldn't be recommended.

What do you mean it wouldnt be recommended? It fixed some stuttering for me, you can always try it, or send a ticket

Well from what I read on windows 10 installation help guide, the type of computer I use doesn't run windows 10 well or something like that. I might be wrong though.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Halo 2 anniversary seems to have done the trick.

I am getting this issue. I have windows 10, up to date. I have verified files. It does not fix it.

I should probably also mention that the glitch can still happen after uninstalling and reinstalling Halo 2 anniversary.

Yeah the SP levels are a crapshoot right now. I could play mission 1 but mission 2 would crash when its done laoding. SO I skipped mission 2 and jumped to tmission three which is the tank through the bridge in new mombasa. Mision 4 Arbiter loaded but I haven't played the game in 2 days. I'll try playing it this evening and see

I'm getting the exact same, mission 2 Outskirts just will not load, the bar gets almost to the end and then I get an error something along the lines of "UE4 fatal error" (I can't tell because it is stuck behind the game window which goes black and all I seem to be able to do is kill the process at that point)

If a file verify doesn't complete, be worried...very worried. You're probably not going to overcome any issue that caused a verify to not complete by reinstalling either.
