MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe application error. Halo won't start. Code 0xc000007b

Okay, so I'm trying to figure out a fix to the above problem. I would really like to play this game. I have gone through the works, reinstalled graphics driver, updated it. Reinstalled game numerous time. Made sure .Net Framework and Direct X are up to date, and all Microsoft Visual and Redist Packs are up to date. I still can't get this game to start. I've even tried to run as admin still nothing. It will start the EAC splash screen, then once it loads it crashes and exits. Never get to the Live login. Also gives me the "Title Error" MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe application error. Code 0xc000007b. I've tried everything on the net that seems to be done, but I have to be missing something. I even went as far as updating from windows 7 to windows 10. SOMEONE please HELP

I'm on the same boat, did you managed to make it work?, I can play without the anti-cheat, but its useless for MP

Sadly no. Even after the update still won't launch. Still the same error also. Surely there are others having the same problem, and they will patch it soon.

I am having the same problem and tried all the same solutions and many many more. Has anyone been able to fix this? Thanks!

I did manage to get it working on my pc. I did have to reinstall windows 10, been working ever since.
