The... results... are probably collected by a catheter and a hollow buttplug, then routed through the "backpack" part of his armour, where they are either compacted and ejected, or possibly recycled.

I mean, there has to be some system in place which deals with natural excretions, considering the amount of time Spartans spend wearing their suits.

Does the suit pleasure him? Probably not, but then again, accompanying AI constructs like Cortana and Aunty Dot probably have some sort of erotic meditation subroutines that they can run in order to... relieve tension.
