Achievement Bugs : The Bane of My Existence

I ran into several issues with achievements not unlocking. This first one that I encountered was the achievement "This is Not the Greatest Lab in the World… Halo: Reach: Find your way into Halsey's Lab on The Package." It initially didn't unlock this achievement, but when I opened up the game the next day, it just randomly unlocked.
The next couple of issues that I encountered were the achievement "Collection Eligibility Confirmed Halo: Reach: See, he IS in the game!" and "Parting the Sea Halo: Reach: Beat the par score on Exodus." Despite seeing Master Chief in his cryo chamber and completing the par time on Exodus, I still haven't seen the achievements unlock even after completing them again.

I am wondering if anybody else is having issues unlocking these achievements or any other ones.

It's a documented bug concerning achievements unlocking; some others have posted issues regarding achievement lock out and it was also brought up that 343 is currently investigating the problem.

Got those which you descriped without problem. Some achievements not ulocking on easy difficuilt and some were delayed (maybe not extreme "next day" like by you, but still after some minutes). Par Time Tip of Spear still buged.

I've got 51 hrs of game play into Halo MCC : Reach. I've completed the game on Normal, Heroic and Legendary, I've even completed specific missions/rally points and still can't get these achievements to pop;

Keep It Clean, I Didn't Train to be a Pilot, Front Page News, What About Bob, I'm Sorry Dave, Mind the Skill Gap, Your Heresey Will Stay Your Feet. All of these are relatively easy to obtain. I don't understand why it's taking 343/Steam so long to fix.

BTW, an observation. Since only Halo :Reach was released, why were all 700 of all the various games achievements released at once instead of just releasing the Reach game achievements. Imho this would make it easier to isolate and fix the achievement issue.

I think issues may be random because I got most of the achievements that fenix66d is struggling with.

After some testing, I can confirm that a good chunk of the achievements won't unlock when on easy mode.

Yeah I'm having the same problem with Tip of the Spear par time achievement but the game unlocked the game did unlock the achievement for beating all missions under par time.

strange but whatever.

I'm currently pissed that all my par score achievements are broke and wont unlock at all.

Anyone find a workaround? it's been quite a few days, and I haven't been credited for my par time on Tip of the Spear.

why doesn't the achievement "I Didn't Train to be a Pilot" not work for me I've tried doing it on every difficulty and it won't give it to me

I believe a found a fix for the randomly bugged achievements, for myself i had around 12 achievements randomly bugged so i found where steam stored my halo save and deleted it. Launched the game and it worked i can get all achievements. HOWEVER my spartan resets every time i launch meaning i have to re-quip my armour and re-do the colour scheme along with the player id and clan name etc. Maybe if you back-up the files elsewhere then once you have the achievements put them back? Not too sure.
