3 hour legendary nameplate not unlocking

i double checked noble actual and epilogue, my stats say i finished with a roughly 1:49:13 hour time. ive played a round of multiplayer, i have restarted my game, after all that the name plate has not unlocked.
Edit: ok i fixxed it. i had gotten some of my par times multiplayer, never haven beaten single player legendary. when i loaded up noble actual after that it unlocked.

I had this problem last night when I did a Legendary run under 3 hours. I did every level under par and it didn't give it to me, but what I did this morning was go to any campaign map and turn on competitive scoring. As soon as I did that it popped for me.

I launched the noble team mission and it gave it to me as soon as i loaded in.

or if i do every mission on legendary but not going for par will it fix it?

After going into the first mission of the game it gave it to me. Load up noble actual. I got the achievement and nameplate

ive done this quite a bit and it never works

Go through your mission list and see which missions you didn't do/didn't register. You probably won't have to do the whole campaign maybe just those missions.

what im gonna try first is do night of solace and package legendary solo. i used a friend to get those par times, and i have not prior solod those levels on any difficulty.
