Why is it so hard to find games?

I'm queuing every playlist on both Halo Reach and 3 and it takes like 10 minutes for it to find players. Is this game really just dead now?

To be fair, based on the time of your posting, it was between 4am-8am for North America, which is where most of the active players are. Based on player count statistics, you would have better luck playing 6-8 hours before the time you made this post in order to play with other players. Personally, I literally played a few rounds last night and had no difficulties with matchmaking, but then again it was during the evening hours for North American players, which is when they're most active.

I'm in the U.K so playing 6 to 8 hours before I made this post would mean having to play the game in the very early hours of the morning. Very sad for me, since I love these games. Halo Infinite has been scratching the itch good but sometimes I really want to go back and play some of the older games.

Ouch, yeah, non-North American players have it rough. It also doesn't help that Microsoft has really bad server distribution outside of North America, which makes the game unplayable due to ridiculously high ping.
