"Halo 4 isnt good"
"I dont like Spartan Ops"
"343 sucks"
"Halo 5 sucks"
These threads have the most coldest takes ever I could put em in a freezer and they'd warm up.
Oddly enough the infinite lives system is reminicing of the more arcady Firefight modes (like Fistfight, for example that has the system until the bonus round). Which is a minor issue, especially on higher difficulties there is so much trash you cant even just run to them without dying in 5 secs (which btw is no fun, unless you enjoy frustration). The real issue is Spartan Ops is not toned down for a solo play experience (so its like playing Halo 3 Cortana on Legendary multiple times in a single episode of a chapter, which is sooo boring). By the end of a single episode (10 chapters, 50 episodes total in MCC) you will die more times from stuff than from the Rocket Flood (in CE and 2), Sniper Jackals (in 2), Hammer Chieftains (in 3), broken Elites (in 2, Reach and 4) and Knights (in 4). Thats a slogfest. Not to mention the worst offenders being the early 5 chapters which have a lot of repetition. So the achievements for the mode as they stand right now are just tedious, not impossible to achieve...
The worst part wasnt even the slog gameplay, it was the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ writing and voice acting.
