Halo Reach: Long Night of Solace Legendary is broken

Unplayable at legendary. AI are unreasonably difficult to the point that you cannot do anything yourself, evasive manuevers do not work in dodging 10 AI at once shooting at you. It needs re-worked.

I passed it on legendary solo/coop, under par time (for 3 hours legendary achievment) and laso. So, I can say it's easy enough even solo on legendary. There's only on laso in the biggest room in the covenant ship is almost unreal to pass it because of much enemies with focus rifles on large distance.

The trick to passing this is to hide behind things. Hide behind Anchor 9 and kill the enemy ships as they try to chase you individually. Don't bother about things like protecting your wingmen or Anchor 9, you won't be able to save your wingmen without dying and Anchor 9 is indestructible. The next one, you can "hide" behind either the Savannah or the Corvette. I picked the corvette so that I can take potshots at the mission target while circling but others have successfully hidden behind the Savannah.

For whatever reason, the space portion of LNoS got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up when 343 ported it, which is why the difficulty is so ubsurd. As for tips, just stick to hiding behind various structures and let Anchor 9 take the enemies down for you.

On SOLO it's simply unplayable. I did the mission on coop which got me the achievement.

Jimmy, have you tried it recently? It is not the same as any video I saw on internet. Even asked a friend who did it before to try it and he told me the same. Maybe an update or something...

I did it solo on Legendary with no deaths, so it is possible. I even recorded it.

Okay, first time ever playing the game I solo'd it on Legendary PC. I also Solo'd it on Legendary while beating the game in under 3 hours. It's not unplayable, it's just hard.

Weave between the frigate pieces floating along the sides, take out banshees first, focus down 1 seraph at a time, each time you take one down, run for the cover of the frigates, always stay close to something you can zoom off to hide behind
