cap, every other game is objectively better. and thats not even nostalgia all my friends that I got to play halo (that never played the series as kids or during the bungie era) all have said their fav halo was either 2, 3 or reach not 4.

The thing that kept me playing 4 for so long was the fact you could do challenges to unlock armor and visors and whatnot. Getting X amount of assassinations for venator was fun. Getting 1034810928319023 avenger ribbons for the blindside visor was fun.

Halo 5 and Paywall infinite replaced that with just spending money....

Everything about Halo 4 was inferior except the graphics. Halo 3 will always undeniably be the best and most revolutionary Halo next to Combat Evolved. I would rank the games in this order :
Halo 3, Reach, ODST, Halo 2, Halo CE, Halo Wars, Halo Wars 2, Halo 4, Halo 5, then Halo Infinite. Every other opinion is wrong

meh .. After doing Reach I finally realized where Paramount got it's ideas. For me Reach has been my favorite. Having a group or partner to fight with made the game most enjoyable. And for the life of me what anyone sees in ODST is beyond. The map is sheer madness. Constantly out of bullets or energy. ( HELLO ) By far the worst of the Halo bunch. Reach, Halo CE and the rest. My opinion is the only one that counts.

Oh, btw. Still waiting on that shipment of bullets. Just sayin'

Halo Reach has a campaign that hits me, number 2
Never played anything not Bungie made, others are good

So you find knights to be a well balanced and challenging enemy to fight? You find the plasma pistol to be balanced? Let's be honest if you do believe halo 4 is the best why did halo 5 change so drastically why did halo 4 feel like a cod rip off in multiplayer? Better yet we can talk about the artstyle or even mention how cortana looks. There's a lot of changes that tbh didn't need to be added but were added because oh it's what the new gen likes. Halo 1 2 3 even reach had a quick and easy to understand gameplay. Halo 4 added abilities to the point some flat out broken others meh. Reach gave you armor abilities to help influence how you took fights or moved around the map but still better aim won. Now halo 4 here's a free wall hack they tried fixing the noob combo plasma pistol with a headshot weapon. They nerfed it sure but added the bolt pistol that could one shot like a shotgun and you could spawn with it this alone would of made the noob combo underpowered. Halo 2 has the brutes and snipers that made you go why am I doing this to myself halo 4 honestly it was annoying only because I had to rely on one strat to fight. Even now if I play 4 I instantly focus watchers then knights then anything else the elites aren't even a problem like they are supposed to be. For those who don't know halo 1 had the elites as the main frontline besides the grunts sure you had hunters here and there and jackals would be slightly annoying but grunts had a needler the elites even minors could screw your day up if you didn't respect them. Now halo 4 an elite I think oh look bullet sponge oh wait nvm it's dead let me just crush everything else. Oh a knight great now I have to kill it's watcher and any other watcher in the area then focus the knight that has been trying to charge me for five minutes. Please explain to me how halo 4 is fun? Is it a good game sure there are some bad games out there is it a good halo game? No I'd rather play halo 2 against nothing but jackals than play a game of halo 4 at least it would be challenging and therefore fun. I'm sure this is a bait for awards and attention. But I also know some people actually believe halo 4 to be a good halo game and it is an opinion that I don't share and I think people should reconsider giving 343 a trophy for making a game look how they took it they just got worse because we gave them praise for making a game that works mcc for example is still a broken mess halo infinite is a joke and barely on it's feet after what a year and a half? And we can look at halo 5 somewhere even the devs pretend the game didn't happen.

man you know what i like about her. but she could've been written better though & her character wasn't the usual focused, calm & collected, military minded cortana from the first 3 games, i didnt like that about her. The corruption was cool, but they should've kept her old personality instead of making her persona so human & too sentimental with chief.

So you didn't like the fact that she had a military mindset in a war. And you like the fact that her body type went from fit and toned to bigger and sagging? I feel it sexualized her and did damage to her character granted it's a female in a video game people will sexualize her but the story should give her character not take away. And they had known each other for most of the time she was around so would make sense she had a bond with him though they tried to play it off as romantic which was a wrong move and her going rampent she was doing that in halo 3 would of been the visions chief gets when you slow down etc. I guess I'm weird but Tali from ME or even edi you could get why they had that body spoiler alert about edi yes she gets a body. Could of been done so much better. I'm sorry my guy but you confuse me with your view.

100% this, each game has their unique qualities and flaws. I may like one halo game because it does this while the others dont, and maybe I like another halo game because it does this better than others.
