(Solved) MCC Keeps resetting resolution setting back to 3840x1080.

[FAT EDIT: I forgot about the infamous alt-tab bug and realized that the game was running in full screen, the alt tab bug wasn't happening but I switched it to borderless and it ignores the issue, I guess they traded out the alt-tab bug for this resolution issue. Leaving this post up for those that come across it from having the same issue]

For some reason the resolution setting will not save, my native resolution is 5120x1440 and the option shows up and it works when applied but when the game is relaunched, it sets it back to 3840x1440 assuming that it doesn't know what my GPU is which is a RX 6700 XT and that is the stock factory default. No other settings are affected as they are still "custom" at the maximum possible settings. And of course, no other game on my system has this strange behavior with the resolution setting. Tried searching google and other people have had this issue but no clear fixes. And of course, I did a driver reinstall and even verified the game files and even reinstalled the whole game afterwards and it still does this. If someone has any ideas, please comment them.
