MCC still has issues despawning things in Halo 4
For the first time in a while, I've been playing Spartan ops and Campaign in Halo 4. I forgot the BIGGEST reason I hate that game, and the BIGGEST reason I give 343 crap over it. Everything despawns within seconds.

Before everyone jumps down my throat about, "Well it was made for the XBOX 360, and they had to manage ram....", that was first release, and I'm talking about present day (2023). Computer an console hardware have advanced so far, there is no reason to leave in this aggressive material despawning, depriving your gamers of weapons and gear they want, which will make their play through a bit easier.

It's most frustrating in Spartan Ops, where if you die, your gear despawns within 5 seconds, no matter if you respawn right on top of it, or far away from it. Wanna keep that sniper? Too bad. Your needler? Doesn't exist anymore. Seriously? C'mon 343. You've had years to patch this issue properly. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FIXIT ALREADY!!!

In case I'm NOT being clear enough about it: Earlier, Bungie made Halo games left weapons and gear lying around through multiple checkpoints and load zones. Firefights left weapons lying around until the map was saturated with gear, and had to despawn. This gave players the advantage of being able to go back, often through a couple load zones, to pick up a weapon they discovered they needed, or to run to where they died in a firefight, in order to pick up that gear they lost when they took an unlucky shot.

Leaving in aggressive cleanup algorithms like this is just one, and in my case the greatest, reason why Bungie will always, Always, ALWAYS be better at game development than 343. If they really wanted to impress their community, they'd stop trying to fast track everything, and would fix issues like this, making a subpar game actually enjoyable.
