A few achievement bugs

Did the "Jorge can't have all the big guns" achievement on Halo Reach and the achievement unlocked on Xbox but not Steam for some reason. I tried restarting and doing it again, no dice it still hasn't popped on Steam. Additionally the "Phantom Hunter" achievement on Halo 3 appears to be glitched completely, no matter what I do it doesn't unlock. I've done it on several difficulties, as well as no skulls to avoid any issues there. I've done the trick with killing the lone enemy Phantom and reloading the checkpoint or dying and doing that again another 2 times, and I've tried killing the enemy phantom and the two friendlies, to no avail. I've seen comments on YouTube videos and other forums with other users similarly reporting the achievement is totally glitched for them as well.

I do want to add in "No Picnic" and "The Humble Beginnings of Wiljax Brantley" from Halo Reach into here as well. I tried multiple times, look up every solutions and still wouldn't give it to me both Steam And Xbox

Re-log into the xbox app, that seems to fix achievement issues. You may also want to update anything related to xbox in the microsoft store. Like the companion app, credential service, etc.

Update: the JCHATBG achievement popped for me on steam upon launching the game today. But Phantom Hunter is still bugged. I'll try for those other two achievements Phantom mentioned, fingers crossed.

Soo.. you're just gonna ignore my advice? You most likely just have outdated apps and haven't logged into the xbox app in awhile which is causing sync issues. /:

My bad, I thought I had typed out a snippet at the end of the last post saying i would try updating the apps and giving it a whirl, but I guess that was in my head. I wasn't trying to ignore and I appreciate the advice, so sorry about that. I just updated the xbox app and logged out/logged back in. I tried both methods of killing Phantoms (reloading checkpoint/killing the enemy and 2 friendlies) and unfortunately no dice. I should also preface that I'm not having trouble unlocking any other achievements (that I've otherwise completed the requirements for anyway) at all, it's just the one, and all others (aside from the other instance above) have worked great for me. I put in a support ticket in halo waypoint and they suggested launching the game and then disconnecting from the internet, completing the achievement requirements again, finishing the mission and returning to the menus, closing the game, reconnecting to internet and then relaunching at which point hopefully the achievement pops up. I have heard people suggest this, minus completing the mission which I haven't been doing so maybe I should be doing that. I know some achievements only pop after completing the mission but this is one where in every tutorial I've seen it pops immediately upon completing the requirements. Either way fingers crossed, and thanks for the suggestion!

The offline trick did not seem to work either, even after playing the mission all the way through. It's possible it'll pop in a day or two but as of launching the game immediately after, it didn't appear successful. I'm worried this one might just not be working as intended, but I'll continue to follow up with any potential avenues.

I have the same problem bro.
I have seen forums, written guides, video tutorials, etc., and nothing, the achievement does not appear.
I also sent my ticket to 343, I tried the solution of playing without internet and nothing.
Let me know if you unlock it, I'll let you know anyway, if I'm lucky.
