Custom game browser is your best bet nowadays.

I saw some games but you don’t get exp or can complete challenges in custom games right ?

I have only ever found maybe 5 games, most of those were during the first weeks of MCC on PC. Nowadays you are probably better off finding a group to queue with, thus cutting the needed players aka possible a faster queue time. Or find enough people to fill a server and just queue at the same time.

Why sabotage players? What do you have against Halo fans?

Yeah sadly that's one of the two achievements I'm missing. Mostly because Ranked MM is dead on this game. Social MM doesn't have this mode and 343i should patch it so CGB or social MM has this mode and achievement but we know that won't happen they're too busy making useless nameplates that no one will ever use besides doing something constructive that could improve the quality of the game.

Challenges that involve PvP can be completed, but it's only certain ones such as "Headshot kill X amount of times". Otherwise no EXP is given.

Used to but low population playlist and people cheating aka spawn camping kind of put me off the mode. I miss being able to choose any ranked modes without 1-2+ hour wait times.

Added. Right now we have 5 people needing Skunked. Hard part right now is trying to get our free time aligned.
