How to make EAC Disabled the default run?

Title, I want to have the default launch be disabled mode, anyone have the launch options code or game config to set that up?

with the following content (only the number, that's the Steam app id for Halo MCC in case anybody is wondering)

After that you can create a desktop shortcut from the game binary in

Steam\steamapps\commond\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Binaries\Win64\MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe

to launch the game with EAC disabled. The default desktop shortcut created by Steam still works and launches the game with EAC enabled.

Note that if you do not create the steam_appid.txt file to the Halo MCC root dir the MCC-Win64-Shipping.exe too launches with EAC enabled. As for why your guess is as good as mine."
