Looking at my files for Halo 2 Vista, it's ISO is exactly 4,012,066 KB (3.6 GB).
Halo Custom Edition (freeware multiplayer of Halo PC) comes to 448 MB as an installed game. That DOES NOT include the Campaign maps or voice lines.
SPV3 as a Halo Custom Edition MOD comes to 4.81 GB. (each map borders on 2+ hours on legendary, with a higher difficulty as well). I would assume Halo Anivversery was about 5 GB as well.
Halo Online's succsor mod, Eldewrito comes out at 4.2 GB in it's folder. Eldewrito lacks the campaign but has some maps made from Halo Online's short life included and an improved forge mode. (Object snapping and selectable textures on some objects)
Halo 3 came on ONE disk. I cannot remember if Halo 3 was duel layer, if it was, Halo 3 was at most 8.5 GB.
AS A GUESS, halo 1-3 (with remasters) will come out too a whopping 46.446 GB for Halo 1-2 (including remasters) and another 8.5 GB if Halo 3 isn't be remastered (54.948 GB).
Taking into what Bullz said about Halo 5; and assuming Halo 4 is about 60 GB (halo reach being 8.5 GB again). The total install might come out to 218.5 GB. Probably rounded up to 220 GB for user data, local custom maps/gamemodes and whatever 343i does to fix the Halo CE netcode (it's horrible, trust me).
It will take most people 2 days or more to download it and will fill most hard drives. I would recommend getting a new SSD (260gb?) and solely using it to house this game if that's the total size.
tl;dr it will probably be enough to fill a 250 GB hard drive, get a new SSD. Best guess is around 220 GB.
Of course, this is just an estimate based on information we have at the moment, so it would be wise to expect it to be a little higher.
To be honest, using any .ISO files floating around would be the best way to estimate the size. Anything after Reach though doesn't come on disk. I don't have any other .ISO's on my computer so I can't give the sizes of Halo CE, Halo 3, ODST or Reach without making an image of my disks.
