-Yeah, that what i guess & thinking about just. So, meaby it's not gonna work in Win7 then.
-He din't get free upgrade because of "Cortana" windows spy, or what ever this call before. He was very worry about his private & he don't want to share anyting & collecting his information & windows 10 was a mess with that think but, anyway. It's not seem to worth to upgrade anyway.
Not worth..? It was free.
-He didn't want to upgrade that anyway. Free or not. Because risk of private/information collecting. Let's just move on...
Microsoft chooses not to implement DX12 in Windows 7 because they want to make people purchase (or switch to) Windows 10. Windows 7 is fully capable of supporting DX12. They're even pushing out some DX12 updates for certain games on Windows 7.
