I mean... The suits easily worth a million dollars so it probably has tons of luxuries such as jackin' off.

The suit auto-kums him at regular intervals to maintain and regulate master chief's sexual urges towards Cortana's cute little ass. The suit absorbs his kum and re-uses the kum as shield fuel.
