they are the same as the season points. So just do the challenges that are highighted yellow. There are PVE, PVP and Seasonal tabs each with challenges.

How many has keep up those unique Exchange 2o year Celebration stuff? i got all so far hal0 2 1999 MC beta skin and halo 3 Xbox back and Controller shoulders and helmet

You get one point per level until 100, and then from challenges.
