halo 3 cowbell skull not spawning
so the cowbell skull on The Ark doesnt seem to want to spawn for me. i know where its located, but when i grav boost to the top pocket in the ramp area, it just isnt there. Is this an RNG thing?

i dont have any 0x skulls turned on, Ive learned my lesson from halo 2, and im on normal difficulty, which is the easiest you can go before it doesnt spawn in purposefully

Are you using rally points? Because they don't appear when using rally point to skip level sections.

yup i used a rally point. Laziness was the problem not the game
