The anti-cheat I have 0 clue why that might be a thing. I had it happen to me only once and hasn't happened again.
Could they implement DC or crash adjustments? yes. will they? probably not. its 343.
Aside from my problem, it will be great for everyone if they implemented one such feature.
Even if you have good internet, it can still have latency on your IP's end connecting you to the server. I've had matches in R6s where I have 19 ping but get booted saying "connection interrupted" or I can't connect to ubisoft.
Plus packet loss is a thing you should look into, even if you have good internet speeds. Turn off Relays in your settings as well.
For those of you getting a bunch of crashes when starting games try underclocking your gpu by 1% or so. Seems to fix my crashes for whatever reason, but I always forget to under clock before starting my first game of the day.
Btw do you know if there are long term penalties for leaving the game early due to crash? Because if it is like that I will stop playing the game until I move out of my college, I don't want a permanent ban or some modifier in my matchmaking that will make my life harder in future.
Nah man, there aren't long term consequences. Usually the ban is only like 1 minute for quitters, you must be getting 5+ because the EAC is freaking out on you and thinks you're doing something suspicious. Also, if you're playing through your college's connection, I wouldn't be surprised if that's the source of your connectivity issues. Reach came out when I was in uni, as did CoD Black Ops 2. Campus internet could *not* keep up, so they set up some limiters/caps to student internet connections, which made things laggy but generally work.
Heh, most people are actually complaining about 1 minute bans being too short, because people will bail on a match, use the 1 minute ban to grab a snack, and be loaded up into another game *before the original match even finished.*
