Prioritize the Watchers and the Crawlers first. If the knight come close to you, just run back to safety.
The knights in this game are bullet sponge as hell and they're annoying to deal with but... on normal difficulty? Really? They act like your typical red elites with a DMR.
Use your AR or Suppressor (or whatever available on that area) to take out his shields quickly and then headshot with a pistol/boltshot/light rifle or keep firing your same weapon
In later section where the covenant fighting against the promotheans. The needler gun can kill a knight in 1-2 supercombine explosion.
Plasma Pistol and precision (noob combo) is also effective against knights (most often use on Spartan Ops).
If you want it make it a bit easier, turn on Catch skull. It make the knight spam their grenades nonstop in mid range, allowing you to go around and assassinate.
PD: At least Halo 4 is not as hard as Halo: Reach.
nvm looks like you have to play on EASY lmao.
Im actually dead this is too funny
Everyone who knows about Halo remotely: "We know."
First Halo game 343 did, gave them the benefit of the doubt, its much better that 5. To me when the game released it was like sour wine, but going back to it when it was released on the MCC the campaign more or less aged like fine wine- enjoyed it better than I did before. well, besides for the fighting mechanics. They are awful, everyone knows they are awful. It just do be that way. (At least its not garbage in both cases like 5, eugh)
Game isn't impossible, beat it on Legendary myself on Xbox. When you die, think about how you died- did you use to much ammo, miss an ammo case, missed to many shots? Got to work with the game a little here.
But NOT to the point where one is entirely ineffective vs the other, you could still gun down a shielded Elite with an Assault Rifle, it'll just take a bit longer. Things like that among other Quality of Life changes for the better, but not to inherently make the game easier. I'm going through CE on Legendary and it is still hard, but it's such a treat to be able to keep your Marine allies alive longer due to changes like they have a bit more health to work with, their firing patterns are a HELL of a lot tighter than before, the weapons they're equipped with, like you can use for yourself have been given major overhauls such as the Assault Rifle being a HELL of a lot more accurate in burst-fire, meaning you can still gun something down mid-range with proper bursts or you can tear through unshielded enemies close-quarters. They also aren't stun-locked from a single hit, their stun threshold was upgraded massively, they take at least 4 or 5 hits before they stumble and can't fire.
Doesn't sound like much, but give it a try, install the mod (just replacing map files) and try Silent Cartographer on Legendary, Marine allies are impervious to Friendly-Fire (including from each other, THANK GOD) and therefore can't be accidentally squished and watch how many of them will survive storming the beach.
There's also another philosophy of his that I TOTALLY agree with, enemies shouldn't be aggravating bullet sponges, I believe it was 2 he started making it so the damage would be the same as Heroic even on Legendary, but the enemies are FAR more aggressive in their approach to you and their firing patterns, as well as there generally being more enemies on Legendary, so there isn't some flat 50% damage buff for the enemies and some -50% damage dealt multiplier and you don't feel like you have to turtle through the entire friggin' game on Legendary with the same damn weapon combos, you're free to pick up whatever and it can be just as effective as the last weapon you used. Don't HAVE to always carry a Plasma Pistol just to drop something's shield.
Ok you have to be a troll
Promethean Knights die to 6 light rifle bursts on normal
No, if you're struggling on normal you're either brand new to video games in general (in which case OP almost certainly wouldn't be on this forum) or aren't capable of typing out the posts OP has typed out.
