You have to jump to complete the challenge or just drop?other questions that i have is if a heroic-legendary difficulty is require?Beacuse i did the jump on normal difficult and didn't have completed the challenge

Just got it after 10 tries on legendary so it should work for all difficulty.
The assassination is a bit finicky at the time but you to stop your sprint ability during mid air or else you negate the fall timing and assassinate without touching the ground or the elite.

And sometime the fall damage doesnt work until you restart the level. It is wonky

i notice you dont take fall damage anymore after loading a save in reach. you have to restart after each failure

in my case i got a checkpoint where you took fall damage even after checkpoint load. Maybe it's a built in thing if you fall to soon after loading checkpoint?

You get a checkpoint when Carter starts speaking. Save/quit and resume so that you don't randomly force back to the beginning.
