GameUserSettings.ini houses graphical options and Input.ini houses keybinds, I think. You can also play it safe and simply move these files outside of where they are so you have a backup if deleting them doesn't work.
1. Delete " GameUserSettings.ini " in this folder:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
2. Delete " Input.ini " in this folder:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
3. Delete all files in this folder:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
4. Delete the entire MCC folder and then verify game files.
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC
FYI custom maps and gametypes are saved separately for each game inside the LocalFiles folder. They are .bin and .mvar files and you can usually see which ones are which from opening them in notepad and looking at the top of the document (turn on Word Wrap). Deleting this folder will delete these too.
If you have issues getting to this folder location in File Explorer try using this:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Did you try changing between windowed, borderless-fullscreen and full screen?
On WoW Classic I can change my resolution in windows bordered, but not borderless-fullscreen.
Do you know how to use your graphics card driver settings? I'd try there to see if it can override what happened with the in-game settings.
1. Go here:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
or here:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
(they both go to the same place)
2. Open " GameUserSettings.ini " in notepad.
3. Find " sg.ResolutionQuality= " at the top
4. Set it to " sg.ResolutionQuality=100.000000 " and save it.
That comes from my own file and I think it will work perfectly for you. It looks like this is the only reference to resolution quality in that file.
